Can't beat the priceAug 20, 2008
By Sara Dettore This is the best value for your money. The earpiece works well and seems fairly durable. The price to replace it with the phone company was $25. This piece cost less than $6 with shipping. I also received it fairly quickly.
Treat it like you paid $30 for itMay 05, 2009
By T. Dandrea Bought three or four of these because of the price, and it is a classic case of 'you get what you pay for'. I strongly prefer the wired headsets and this one works well enough. The earpiece is well designed, and the boom mic has good range.
However, it doesn't take much to rip these pieces apart. Despite my attempts to be cautious with these, I have managed to pull the ear bud off on one, and the mic off another. If the wire catches on something, forget it. I have taken to carrying around one in a glass case to protect my $5 investment.
Then again, they're so cheap, one could land several in strategic places such as the car, work, etc.
Low talk volumeDec 28, 2008
By D. Heatherington The volume on the microphone is very low. The first person I called complained they could not hear me. I pulled the plug and started using the cellphones microphone and she heard me fine. It's so cheap it's not even worth the time to return it so I'll throw it out.
