I have the black 580i, so I can barely see that it is there. It snapped on easily and has a nice feel. It also makes it less likely that I will accidently press the Walkman or Internet buttons when sliding the phone open, saving me a few cents a months in data fees. I elected not to attach the belt clip at this time as it makes this sleek phone much bulkier as any belt clip would. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had something to protect the screen.

Fine case, for what it is. It does not cover the screen or the buttons but protects the edges in case the phone is dropped. The clip, a ludicrously bulky thing, is fortunately detachable, though the wheel to which it attaches cannot to my knowledge be removed and is a occasionally a nuisance, as you can feel its bite if you keep the phone in your pocket. Aesthetically, the case doesn't detract from the phone; it adds some sleekness, and the texture is pleasingly smooth. It also adds a little bit more weight and bulkiness (even with it on, however, the phone is far from bulky), which is actually satisfying, as it makes the phone easier to handle.
Other reviewers say that the case blocks the charger plug-in, but I've not experienced this, and my only guess regarding this is that the charger has somehow changed. I bought my phone very recently, so the new chargers (if there are any) are compatible. And with an extremely low price, it's well worth the risk.

I am a huge fan of this case. Besides simply protecting the phone, I think the biggest thing I've enjoyed is that my phone is much easier to slide open now because I push on the case, not the smooth phone surface. There is no screen protector, but I actually don't mind that because those generally just get dirty and you can't see the screen as clearly. Since I've had the case I have yet to accidentally connect to the internet, which I did a few times in the week I had the phone before using the case. I don't use the belt clip, so the phone is still extremely sleek and managable. You can get to all of the buttons and ports on the phone with the case on. Overall this is a very good product and I couldn't think of a better case for this phone.

The cover is very difficult to snap on and off and I had to make the whole bigger to get the attachments to lock in. I would not buy this again if I had a choice.

The rubberized case is good. It is hard plastic, but has a light rubberized coating. It attaches very firmly to the phone and won't fall off. I wish I had gotten clear instead of black so the color of the phone would show through. The swivel clip isn't strong enough to lock in place when I rotate the phone.
