 Definitely not new - good customer service?Dec 03, 2009
I was shipped a Sprint branded car charger. Apparently, others have received different style chargers ordering from these folks also. The car charger I got was in a clear bag, and clearly not new. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: I emailed the seller, and they immediately agreed to send me a new one and to discard the old one. Waiting to receive it. In the meantime, I will update from 1 star to 3 stars.
UPDATE: I did receive a replacement, which worked.

We specifically ordered this item based on the image shown...my husband's cigarette lighter is in an awkward position so we wanted a charger with this more compact head. Instead we received one with an L-shaped larger head. It works, but it is not what is shown on this page.

I am happy with this purchase...especially because of it's price. I paid about $5.00 for the item that in Sprint store would cost me $32.00 plus tax. Both do the same job - charge my phone while I am driving :)

Cheap - does the job - the mirco USB plug was hard to insert - might be a bit outside the spec envelope - but it works so far.

Great high quality product but be sure to order it from GIZMOco. The other sellers ship something similar but it's not what's depicted in the description or images. Watch out.
