Not full screen protectionJan 08, 2009

I bought this product from Fry's Electronics. It costs $7.99 in-store. I found that the package wasn't designed to be opened to check the size. I assumed the protector would cover the full screen. It doesn't. It only covers the part that lights up. It's also difficult to remove it without bending a corner. I tried this because it stuck on crooked the first time I applied it. I removed it and bent a corner. I tried to clean it with water. Fuzz from the lint free cloth got all over the adhesive side. I washed it again with water and cleaned it off. I reapplied the protector a couple more times and could not get it to line up just right and now two corners are bent and create an undesirable look. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you don't mind not having full screen protection. I'm going buy something else and see if I can return this.
