Sound is great, callers can hear me perfectly and it's very comfortable. Only problem when it first arrived I had to superglue the black plastic of the inner ear peice to the main part as it had come off and was hanging by exposed wires. Still a good product and worth the cost.

Like the other reviewers', mine broke almost immediately. I didn't have the patience to keep cramming the earpiece cover back onto the plastic casing. In the trash it went.

This product is made very poorly. It broke the second time I used it, it just fell apart. Not a good buy.
