This cover really does feel like rubber though it is painted plastic. It fits well and securely and will not come off unless the phone is subjected to some pretty rough handling. I don't think it would offer much protection should the phone be dropped but it will protect it from scratches and other cosmetic damage. The phone will still look like new after the cover is removed. The phone is fully functional with the cover on and can be opened and closed without the cover getting in the way. It doesn't add a whole lot of bulk or weight to the phone and there is a hole on the back if you want to add a belt clip. This cover is inexpensive and effective protection for your phone.

This case is listed as "rubber feel" and that's about all the rubber you get :) These tend to be my favorite cases because that little bit of soft rubber-feel gives some extra bounce if/when you drop your phone. Any hard plastic cases I have had in the past have broken when dropped. These cases are a bit more durable/flexible. It -is- a thin plastic like most cases but adds a smooth finish which I think also keeps the phone from feeling slimy like other hard plastic cases can.
These are the only types of cases I will buy for my phones. I think they are a great deal and do a great job of protecting your phone. They are easy to pop on and off although I leave mine mostly on as to not stretch out the plastic or accidentally break it.
Definitely worth it! I wish they had more designs though and not just solid colors :)

IT WAS NOT WHAT IT CLAIMED TO BE AND IT ONLY LASTED ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE IT BROKE. it was suppossed to be rubber but was only cheap plastic.

I thought I had gotten a great deal on this phone cover, because it seemed to be of the same quality as my old one. The reason I switched was because the color of my old one wasn't allowed at my job. The tabs that hold this phone cover on started breaking off immediately. Less than a month after owning it, the entire case cracked and all of the tabs were broken off. Piece of junk!

When I first purchased this case it was the nicest and sleekest one I had for my LG Envy Touch. After a few weeks-month it started to pop off and the clips which were used to snug the case nicely to the phone just no longer worked. This is a good case if you stay in your house all day, but for the work world and being out a lot I recommend a more bulky/stronger one.
