The case is so bulky it won't let the phone close properly without extra pressure. Make sure you have it closed or you might be saying things you don't want out on a phone call.
Also the clip is pretty bad. So easy to hit the unlatch button. Lost my phone last week just walking. Luckily a quick backtrack found it but it came within inches of being smashed by a car.
I've used lots of cases with clips -- this is the worst one I've had. It's already in the dumpster.
Good service from the company, however.
