I mean really. It's one of the cheapest products for a cell phone you can find, and if you find it like I did for a penny plus shipping *which was four dollars) then you will not be dissapointed with it at all. Even if I paid the full price I'd give it a good score (the five is obviously for the price). It is equipped with a overcharge sensor that will tell stop charging the phone. It also has a light that tells you when it's done charging. not much, but nifty enough to be a good safe product for your katana.

I was skeptical since I bought this for a penny + S/H so it came out to around $5. I received the charger quickly in the mail and it's been working like gangbusters for almost 3 years now! The Sprint store wanted over $30 for a wall charger so this was a steal. I'm getting a new cell phone soon but if I was keeping my Katana these chargers are so cheap and work so well I would order a few just to have as backup for when the dog chews one up or the we lose another one. :-)

But the phone did run into some problems after using this. I am not sure what caused it, but the head set had to be on speaker phone to hear the person calling me. The phone did charge using this, and it worked well. I don't think it was this charger, but the phone did go bad. So when the contract ended, I got a different phone.

It charges my phone at least as quickly as my original charger. The only complaint I would have is that the light is always on, even when the phone is not connected. Accordingly, I unplug it when not in use to save energy, but that is just general earth friendly practice for anything that gets plugged in.
